Part 1: Orientation to group reflective practice and RCS

How to start a group session and how to set boundaries and present a structure to the group
If there is a “right” way to run groups and what you can do to make people feel safe enough to share things at the beginning
What are some ways you can get people to share deeper, more personal experiences, to enhance the group discussion
Part 2: Foundational facilitation skills
Learn the answers to common questions about group work through reading engaging content and watching real life video clips of group sessions.
