Dr Nathan Illman is a Clinical Psychologist and Leadership Coach.

He has completed Doctoral level education in understanding and applying a variety of psychological tools to help people flourish.

He founded Nurse Wellbeing Mission to pursue his passion for helping nurses and midwives prepare for emotionally challenging work. 

Nathan uses a variety of approaches to cultivate self-compassion in his own life.

He has found that self-compassionate writing is a fundamental tool in his own toolbox for maintaining confidence, inner kindness and a state of calm. That's why he is excited to share these tools with you.
